Vintage View Cinemas will work with your chosen weather contingency plan, offering you alternative available dates. There will be no extra fees for rescheduling your event date to a Sunday through Thursday. Additionally, Vintage View Cinema holds the prerogative to postpone setup or temporarily halt production until favorable weather conditions prevail.

Our projectors emit sufficient brightness to display images on the movie screen as early as 15 minutes before sunset. Our Vintage Preshows typically begin at this time. This not only provides additional entertainment for your guests but an opportunity for our technician to adjust the image for the best viewing of the movie to follow. Our setup process typically initiates about 1 hour prior to sunset. The Inflatable Screen installation is completed within 30 minutes. Once the screen is set up, audio equipment tests commence immediately, followed by projection tests as twilight falls. If not otherwise specified by the customer, the Inflatable Screen will start deflating 10 minutes after the movie concludes. Post-movie, all equipment will be dismantled within 1.5 hours.
